While IMF is insisting in more reforms and an adjustment for the debt, the EU (i.e. Germany) denies discussing it, even though it keenly want IMF to participate in the programme.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1747\" src=\"http:\/\/qed.gr\/marketresearch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/ypodosh.jpg\" alt=\"ypodosh\" width=\"799\" height=\"511\" srcset=\"https:\/\/qed.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/ypodosh.jpg 655w, https:\/\/qed.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/ypodosh-300x192.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 799px) 100vw, 799px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Speaking about reforms, in last week\u2019s Eurogroup it was decided to split the second \u201csub-installment\u201d into two parts, one to be deposited now and the rest to be deposited by the end of the month. The reason for this is that Greece has not fully implemented all the reforms required.<\/p>\n<p class=\"normal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1744\" src=\"http:\/\/qed.gr\/marketresearch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/holand.jpg\" alt=\"holand\" width=\"807\" height=\"451\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The claims of the french PM, F.Hollande that the greek PM, A.Tsipras asked from the russian president V.Putin to allow him to print drachmas in Russia before last year\u2019s referendum has caused a big fuss.
