An unstable equilibrium has been formed once again this summer in north-east meditteranean. Greece and Turkey that have disputes around the exclusive economic zones in the area both conducted military exercises this week. At the same time, EU and Germany took initiatives for the deescalation of the crisis. In such a fluid situation, an accident that will have bad consequences for all is quite probable.
