White smoke at ND

After months of discussions and party procedures, New Democracy, the Greek main Opposition has finally elected its leader. Kyriakos Mitsotakis, son of the ex-prime minister of the ‘90s Konstantinos Mitsotakis, managed to collect the 52,34% of the votes. Mr Kyriakos Mitsotakis, a Harvard alumnus, is supposed to represent the more liberal side of the party and he claims that he intends to bring reforms to both the party and the country.
